 NYIN executive leaders meet regularly to discuss a broad range of issues impacting the service delivery system, their perspective on how to be impactful, and determine which matters would be best approached through the strength of our collaboration. NYIN’s impact is further advanced through focused workgroups that bring together subject-matter experts from across the network. Our current workgroups include Workforce Innovation, Quality & Outcomes, Data & Analytics, and Residential Access & Complex Needs — ensuring innovation, policy, and practice move forward together.
